Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration for Spokn

Spokn provides Single Sign-On (SSO) as a login option for accounts with Enterprise- or Premium-level features. It supports multiple identity providers, allowing your organization to securely authenticate users through your existing Identity Provider (IdP).

This guide will help you configure SSO for your organization and connect it to your Spokn account.

Important Before You Begin

  • Once SSO is activated, all employees will be redirected to your SSO provider (Google, Okta, Azure, etc.) when logging into Spokn.
  • After enabling SSO, alternative login methods (simple code login or Google login) will no longer work.
  • We strongly recommend testing login with at least three team members before fully rolling out SSO.

Supported SSO Providers

Select your provider below for step-by-step setup instructions:

Final Step (Required for All Providers)

After completing your provider setup, you must configure SSO inside your Spokn portal.

You will need to:

  • Set your company domain
  • Add your SP Entity ID (SPOKN_SSO)
  • Add the Assertion Consumer Service URL
  • https://api.spokn.app/users/sso-web/callback
  • Add your SSO Entry URL
  • Upload your IdP certificate

For detailed instructions, see:

  • SP Entity ID (Audience): SPOKN_SSO
  • ACS / Reply URL: https://api.spokn.app/users/sso-web/callback
  • SSO Entry URL (provided by your IdP)

These values are referenced throughout the provider-specific guides.
